Quote card containing the message: “Taking the step to care for your mental health is a meaningful act of courage, and you don't have to do it alone. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. If you're feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed in your relationships, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or carrying the weight of unresolved emotional wounds, therapy can offer a place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-driven. Together, we'll gently explore what's beneath the surface, build self-awareness, identify unhelpful patterns, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.” The text sits on a pale green rounded-rectangle background with decorative quotation marks in the corners.

How I Can Help

I enjoy supporting individuals navigating:

  • Anxiety and excessive worry
  • OCD and intrusive thoughts
  • Relationship challenges
  • Self-esteem and identity concerns
  • Perfectionism and people-pleasing
  • The impact of childhood experiences and relational wounds
  • Life transitions and personal growth

I also enjoy working with couples who are looking to strengthen their connection, improve communication, navigate conflict more effectively, or better understand the patterns that may be showing up in their relationship. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring arguments, or simply wanting to deepen your bond, therapy can provide a space to foster greater understanding and security within your relationship.

My Approach

I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful growth comes from both insight and action; understanding where patterns come from while developing practical tools to create change in the present.

Experience

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings.

For two years, I worked at an agency where treatment focused heavily on understanding the family system and the ways our relationships shape our emotional experiences, beliefs, and patterns of connection. This work strengthened my passion for helping clients better understand themselves within the context of their relationships and life experiences.

Most recently, I have worked at a specialty practice focused on OCD and anxiety disorders, where I have continued to deepen my experience helping individuals navigate intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, perfectionism, and fear-based patterns that can interfere with daily life and relationships.

Wherever you find yourself in your journey, I would be honored to support you in creating greater clarity, healing, and connection.
