How I Can Help
I enjoy supporting individuals navigating:
I also enjoy working with couples who are looking to strengthen their connection, improve communication, navigate conflict more effectively, or better understand the patterns that may be showing up in their relationship. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring arguments, or simply wanting to deepen your bond, therapy can provide a space to foster greater understanding and security within your relationship.
My Approach
I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful growth comes from both insight and action; understanding where patterns come from while developing practical tools to create change in the present.
Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings.
For two years, I worked at an agency where treatment focused heavily on understanding the family system and the ways our relationships shape our emotional experiences, beliefs, and patterns of connection. This work strengthened my passion for helping clients better understand themselves within the context of their relationships and life experiences.
Most recently, I have worked at a specialty practice focused on OCD and anxiety disorders, where I have continued to deepen my experience helping individuals navigate intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, perfectionism, and fear-based patterns that can interfere with daily life and relationships.
Wherever you find yourself in your journey, I would be honored to support you in creating greater clarity, healing, and connection.
